Thank for your interest in our resort. Unlike a motel, our units are privately owned. We enjoy sharing our resort with renters and guests. Our week runs from Saturday to Saturday.

By water, we are located on the Banana Bay Marina on the Gulf of Mexico about two miles east of the Seven Mile Bridge or by land transportation, our entrance is at Mile Marker 49 1/2 on Route One, then about 500 feet to the Gulf shore.

On our premesis for your pleasure are two tennis courts, one of the largest swimming pools in the Florida Keys, and a hot tub spa. We offer bar-b-que grills, picnic tables, board games, cards, tennis rackets, puzzles, snorkel gear, volley ball, badminton, horse shoes, bicycles and a lending library and more.

The marina offers a put in/out boat ramp and parking free of charge. Boat dockage, rental of boats, and other water equipment is available for a fee.

Resort Policies

Policies are needed to insure that everyone has a wonderful vacation and to preserve our resort. These policies are enforced by our Board of Directors and Management. Violators of any of our policies will be subject to eviction.

We want to help. Please ask our staff for assistance if you have a question or a problem.

• Occupancy of a unit must NOT exceed six (6).
• No Pets.
• Please do not feed cats or any animals and do not let them in the apartment.

• No Skateboarding or Roller-blading permitted anywhere on the property.
• Please do not take open alcoholic beverages to our neighbor resort; Banana Bay.
• Parking Regulation: There is one parking space per unit beneath the building. Only one car, van or pick up truck may be parked there. No water vehicles are permitted beneath the buildings. Mechanical work, washing vehicles, etc. is not permitted.
• Barbecue grills and picnic tables are provided for your enjoyment. They are placed according to Fire Code. No personal grills are allowed.
• Do not use bath towels for fishing or boating. Only beach towels are to leave the unit.
• We have rags in the office for your convenience. Please ask us for them.

Please do not hang items over the railings or have any items on the front door deck.

Trash is to be placed inside the receptacles provided beneath the buildings.

Please be courteous to other vacationers in residence by adhering to our resort policies.
